Kung Fu

I practise Ving Tsun in the Moy Yat lineage. I started in São Paulo with Si-Fu Washington Fonseca, stopped when I moved to the Gulf, and picked it back up in Abu Dhabi with Si-Fu Tiago Quintela at the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Safeguard Group Global Headquarters.

Lineage

Ip Man → Moy Yat → Leo Imamura → Washington Fonseca and Tiago Quintela

Si-Fu Washington and Si-Fu Tiago are Ving Tsun brothers. Both learned from Leo Imamura.

Now

I'm on the tutor track, relearning the first level from the other side. Most of the work is learning when to stay silent.
